About
Software for the people who run healthcare
Docuity exists because the people who actually keep healthcare running — caregivers, ward doctors, clinic admins, small pharmacies — mostly get either enterprise systems they can't afford or spreadsheets.
What Docuity is
Docuity is a suite of deliberately small apps: a patient-owned care record (Galen), a duty rota (MedRota), lightweight clinic records (EHR), prescriptions (Rx), staff messaging (Messages), and a public drug-interaction checker — all behind one account (Docuity ID). Each app serves one group of people and does one job well.
Principles
- Free. No per-seat pricing, no trial clocks, no features held hostage. There is nothing to buy on this site.
- Focused. A suite of small apps beats a monolith: you adopt only what you need, and each screen belongs to someone's actual job.
- Self-hostable. Containers, one Postgres, one Redis. Your deployment outlives any decision we make.
- Honest. Our security page lists what we don't claim, right next to what we do. The interaction checker tells you what it could not check. We think that habit matters more in healthcare than anywhere else.
- Human-reviewed. Where AI assists (drafting care notes in Galen), the output stays a draft until a person reviews and accepts it.
What Docuity is not
Docuity is not a medical device, does not give medical advice, and does not replace clinical judgment. It is the paperwork layer — records, schedules, scripts, messages — built respectfully.
Who runs this instance
Each Docuity deployment has an operator. This instance is run by the Docuity operator, who is responsible for the hosting, the subprocessors and retention on this site, and for answering privacy and security contact requests. Operator contact details are published alongside the deployment (and in your organization's DPA if it has one).
Contact
- Security reports: see the security posture page.
- Privacy requests: see compliance — self-service export/deletion first.
- Everything else: the operator contact published with this deployment.
